 'Strong Like a Woman' was born out of a desire to empower women to exercise and be their strongest, most confident selves. I want all women to feel able to join the exercise space without fear or uncertainty; the Strong Like a Woman workout series is designed for those who may not know how to approach exercise or how to work with their body to get the best results.

STRONG LIKE A PREGNANT WOMAN

THE PRENATAL EXERCISE WORKSHOP

A workshop for women who are pregnant or planning a pregnancy and want to know how to train safely and confidently throughout. In this workshop you'll:

- get evidence based advice to empower you to train safely and confidently from first trimester right through to the end of your pregnancy (and beyond!)

- receive form assessment and movement coaching from myself, a pre/postnatal qualified coach

- enjoy a pregnancy friendly group workout

- enjoy nutritious food and drinks provided by Fresh Fitness Food 

- connect with like-minded women experiencing this same journey into motherhood
