Service Description

In this two hour workshop you'll get evidence based guidance, have hands on coaching to ensure you're moving and lifting well, and understand how to adapt and scale exercises to suit you and whatever stage of pregnancy you're in. We'll finish with a group pregnancy friendly workout and have some time to enjoy nutritious refreshments and socialise with other women also embarking on this wild journey into motherhood.
