PRE AND POST NATAL COACHING

Personal training, Online Coaching and Strong Mamas Classes

WHAT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO ME PRE/POSTNATALLY?

As with any other client, I offer 1:1 personal training as well as online coaching options for my pre and postnatal ladies. I am a pre/postnatal qualified coach and I love supporting women through this journey.


When I first got pregnant with my daughter, even with a great deal of fitness experience, I felt pretty lost when it came to training in pregnancy. I wanted to continue exercising and feeling fit and strong, but I wasn't sure how to approach it safely, so I set about getting my qualifications! Now I want to empower women through their pregnancy so they can stay active whilst best serving their bodies for pregnancy, birth and beyond.

I also work with women postnatally (once they have had clearance to exercise from their health care professional) to safely reintroduce you to exercise. We rehabilitate and rebuild your core and pelvic floor strength, gradually building volume and intensity until you are back to pre-pregnancy fitness. 

I offer face to face personal training for pre and postnatal clients in Bristol and Weston-super-Mare, online coaching for those further afield, and Mum & Baby classes in Bristol (which you can book here).
