Service Description

## NOTE: This is a block booking for 10 classes. They do not have to be used consecutively, and once purchased you will be granted access to the 'teamup' booking system so you can book onto the classes you wish to attend ## Designed to empower you, support you, and give you confidence in your journey back to exercise. A safe, strong and essential re-introduction to exercise for Mamas who have recently given birth and had their 6 week return to exercise sign off by the GP or a women’s health physiotherapist. Of course, every mum will be at a different stage of recovery and every baby is different, so the class will be flexible and tailorable to both of your needs. Pause to feed or change whenever you need, and if baby is mobile we'll do our best to keep them occupied so you can carry on with your workout. Ultimately, this is your class and an opportunity for some precious you-time. Take it at your own pace and let's have a good (stress-free!) time.
